9. Termination
FocusBuddy reserves the right to suspend or remove your classroom at any time, for any reason, including:
- Violation of these Teacher Terms
- Reports from parents
- Inappropriate behavior
- Misrepresentation of credentials or affiliation
- Any conduct we determine is harmful to the FocusBuddy community
You can close your classroom at any time by contacting us at Focusbuddyandyou@gmail.com.
10. Limitation of Liability
FocusBuddy is a platform. We are not liable for:
- Any disputes between you and parents
- Any outcome of assignments you send
- The accuracy or consequences of content you upload
- Any actions taken by parents or students
You agree to indemnify and hold FocusBuddy harmless from any claims arising from your conduct, your assignment content, or your interactions with families through the platform.
11. Acknowledgment
By creating a classroom on FocusBuddy, you acknowledge that:
- You are not employed by FocusBuddy
- You use the platform as a tool to support your students
- Parents control whether their child is connected to your classroom
- You will follow these Teacher Terms
- You will not misuse or share any child's data
- FocusBuddy may remove your classroom at any time for any reason
